Very close to Golden Gate State Park, 15 minute drive to skiing at Eldora by Nederland or to Black Hawk/Central City with countless hidden (and very public) local hiking trails and National Forest in between. Walk to restaurants, brew pubs, and downtown shops. Skip the traffic and drive 10 minutes to Eldora. Pet friendly. 1 GB Fiber optic internet and laundry. A home base for exploring the Indian Peaks and Colorado’s Front Range. Eldora Mountain Resort-10 minutes. Estes-45 minutes. Boulder-20 minutes. Denver-45 minutes.

Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.
