I've had quite a few guests who are Airbnb veterans but never booked a shared space before. (The guest room is private; the rest of the loft is shared.) None of them have ever been disappointed. I live alone and the guest room and my bedroom are at opposite ends of an enormous space so there's a real feeling of privacy. You're also not going to have the all too common experience of finding the place a mess when you arrive or discovering that it looks nothing like the pictures.

I (the host) will be present in the apartment, we will share all other spaces apart from your room: Kitchen, bathroom and living room. Up to two guests are welcome, however light travellers are advised as it can be small space for two. The door in the photos opens to a closet space for your clothes and suitcase. :)
