Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

This is the lower level of a just built 2 story home. You will have the entire lower level to yourself. This house is set up like a duplex, Private entrance, private yard. It was built with you in mind! Located between the beach and downtown a close 10-15 minutes to each. After a full day of beach or exploring, come back and unwind on the Beautiful secluded deck built just for you! Have you ever taken a bath outside?? Its kinda magical!
