It is only 2 minutes walk to the main city square,the lake and the old part of the town. 4 minutes walk to the old Turkish bazaar. 5 minutes walk to the nearest city beaches. Perfect location for exploring main attractions and the old part of the city. Many restaurants, supermarkets,bars, bakeries, exchange offices around.
