In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Spacious yard for enjoying the seafront and walking distance to the main market, Greek stores and restaurants. A 3-minute walk from the cute little beach of Kolones or the organized beach of Batsi bay. The apartment has a panoramic view of the sea and mountain with breathtaking sunrises. Πρόκειται για μία οικία η οποία βρίσκεται στο Μπατσί της Άνδρου, 20 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και χωρισμένη σε τέσσερα ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα, με ξεχωριστή είσοδο το καθένα. Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι διακοσμημένα και επιπλωμένα με παραδοσιακά ξύλινα έπιπλα, σε νησιώτικο στυλ.

ΤΟ ΑΠΕΡΑΝΤΟ ΓΑΛΑΖΙΟ 1 (ENDLESS BLUE 1)

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
