Located on the shore of Tully Pond, The Film Shack is a newly designed water front vacation home with breathtaking views of Tully Mountain. This 4-season home features four bedrooms, a screening room, a video game nook and a bonus guest cottage. The personal home of filmmakers Patti Moreno and Robert Patton-Spruill, it is decorated in the "Atomic Age" style. The 1770 House

Fall is the most dramatic time here. At the end of a dirt road with no cars or people you are one with nature. Ask to see if the pool and outdoor spa are open. In March and April our rates are discounted 20%. Enjoy our country retreat with breathtaking mountain and valley views. This expanded 1770 farmhouse gives you 4,500 sq. ft. of space for large family and friend get togethers. The house overlooks the Green River Valley with views of Vermont. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The timber frame treehouse is a perfect couples retreat. The home is custom built with hardwood maple trees cut down and milled right on the property. The deck has a barrel sauna, cold or hot cedar soaking tub, a propane fire pit, a wood burning chiminea fire pit, and a bar top for outdoor dinning. The inside has a stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, tile shower, projector with dvds, books, board games, chandelier, and dimmable lighting for any mood. This home is truly one of a kind.
