The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

Microwave, jug, bar fridge, wine glasses and basic crockery/cutlery to heat takeaways. Not a kitchen.

You’ll stay in the sleepout, which is a brand new, fully insulated, space which is fully detached from the main house.
