This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Perfect Stop Traveling Hwy 1/Tesla charger

This is an attached studio, one block from beach and very spacious. The house upstairs is our home/rental (so expect some noise). Room is a converted workshop, so it's a little industrial but we have done a lot of work to fix it up pretty cute. Wide open space. Space heater included. Use of fridge, coffee maker, microwave and water heater but otherwise no 'kitchen'. Bathroom w/ shower, toilet & sink. No pets from January-May (memorial) as we will have ours but allowed from June on.

Due to severe allergies of some of our guests we cannot accommodate service animals at this time.
