My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). Welcome to our studio apartment with a stunning sea view! Perfect for solo travelers and couples. Looking to work from home? My studio's internet is fast enough for all the remote workers. The highlight of this studio is definitely the terrace. furnished with a lounge, sunbeds, and a hanging chair. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy it as the whole terrace is covered. There is no sofa inside the apartment as we believe it is more beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the views.

It's 5 minutes by car to Risan or 25 minutes walking. 15 minutes by car to Kotor and 20 minutes to Tivat Airport. Transfer can be provided upon agreement. I'm available at any time and ready to help you with whatever question you might have.

Since 1988 our family have been renting apartments and hosting guests from all over the world. This apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Apartment makes you feel like you are in your own home. Its comfortably fits two people and its located ten minutes from beach. Behind apartment there is small balcony with shade below the lemon tree.
