¡Hola, bienvenidos a mi loft! Es moderno y luminoso, y está en el barrio de Ventas, ubicado en el borde de la almendra central. A 2min del Metro (directo a Sol) y de varias líneas de bus, así como un carril bici urbano, que atraviesan la ciudad, con alquiler de bicicletas eléctricas. Fue un antiguo taller de ebanistería de los años 50, que he transformado en un estudio muy práctico, decorado con útiles e imágenes que rescaté de su anterior uso ¡Es único! Casa al lado del Retiro, Ideal para familias.

Muy luminosa y sin ruidos. Hemos tenido una OBRA en la manzana de enfrente que ha generado unos ruidos molestos entre semana, ya que los fin de semana NO trabajan , pero nos ha comunicado el Ayuntamiento que finalizan el 18 de Octubre del 2025. Bien comunicada, a 5 minutos andando del Retiro y 25 minutos andando del Barrio de Salamanca. Autobuses a 3 minutos de casa , Metro parada Pacífico Linea 1_Azul y 15 minutos estación de Atocha. Muy cerca zona de Barrio Salamanca y el Parque del Retiro.
