Quiet semi-secluded house in a rural area with beautiful scenery. Easily found off Highway 121 on County Road B011. The house has an attached apartment, blocked off from the house, that is used 1-2 times a week for 5-6 day hours. The deck can be used anytime when the apartment is not in use. The deck is not accessible to house. Central heating along with a wood stove (and a gas stove) and a fireplace with an insert in a good size living room. Wood included. Large area for parking.

Fire pit with wood. Spectacular mountain views and 10 farm acres to roam. Pets are OK but only small dogs inside. (kennel and/or fenced yard available for bigger dogs or ones that shed profusely). The roads are a little rough, but this will only assure you a quite and peaceful retreat away from crowded campgrounds and congested resort areas. If you are interested in hiking or exploring, this is the perfect place, or you can simply relax and enjoy some quite solitude on the mountain. Ski Hunt Hike

Located on a ranch, this house provides all you need as a base for exploring your favorite country and rural activities. If you want to sit peacefully and listen to nature, or go and ski at the beautiful Angel Fire or Sipapu resorts (30 mins drive), hunt locally with guides in the area, explore and hike the quaint little town of Red River (1 hr drive), ice fish in Eagles Nest (45 min drive) this is a good base to have.

Grandma's Ol' House-10 Minutes Away From Sipapu

Grandmas Ol'House is a cozy little house next to the main highway, and 10 miles from the Sipapu Ski Loge. There is also great places to go tubbing, hiking, and bike riding. There are a couple of grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations for your convenience. If you are looking for a nice peaceful getaway, then this is a great place to stay!
