Summit View is a comfortable two bedroom lower unit situated on the west side of Seneca Lake offering spectacular views. It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. The two bedroom lower unit comes with modern appliances, tv, wifi, and a patio.

Country location on a quiet road just minutes from Canandaigua Lake, and Bristol Mountain. Large farmhouse, with private suite including a huge great room (450 sf), wrap around screened-in porch. Please note that bedrooms and bath are upstairs. Geothermal heating/cooling. No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

10 forested acres 12 miles from Ithaca. Camp small yurt w/padded floor & also at site is a dry lean-to with double bed platform inside. You are welcome to set up tents as well at site. Campfire has grill, benches,picnic table, hammock, table for supplies, Adirondack chair, swing, seesaw, large checker set. Many well marked trails. Assess to well water. Firewood dry seasoned chopped ash available on porch $7 per bundle. We have an outdoor hot water on demand shower & a port-a-potty shared.
