Relax in our remodeled home in a quiet, mature neighborhood nestled in farmland between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Gaviota coast. Enjoy our landscaped garden with pool, hot tub, pergola, BBQ, and firepit. 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, 10 from UCSB, and 5 from the nearest beach (there are several to choose from within 20 minutes). The Sandpiper golf course and Bacara resort are minutes away. Off-street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac.

This is a lovely air-conditioned, ranch-style 1200 sq ft home in a desirable neighborhood, close to amenities and away from downtown; 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom locked for storage) + 2 baths with a family room and mountain views, updated kitchen & bathrooms. There is a kidney-shaped pool (heated for a fee in the off-season) and a free-standing jacuzzi that is always hot. I will allow 1 small dog <20 lbs for a $150 fee. Not recommended for children under 12
