This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.

This is a new addition to our home, so you will have the opportunity to stay in a very updated space. There is a separate entrance to the guest studio and off-street parking for one car. Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Stay in spacious studio in SB Hills

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.

Montecito Miramar Beach Cottage

Stay at Montecito’s favorite beach. Quiet and comfortable one bedroom cottage with everything you need - king bed, full kitchen and bath (glass shower-no tub), spacious living room and private garden patio. The cottage is conveniently located just one block away from the beach or the Rosewood Miramar hotel and just minutes to Coast Village Road for dining and shopping.
