Per valorizzare gli ambienti in questa antica dimora d'epoca del 700, abbiamo preferito i materiali tipici del nostro territorio, le pareti e le volte sono realizzate con gli intonaci naturali, i pavimenti e i rivestiti del bagno il protagonista è il cocciopesto, la terrazza vista mare e centro storico.

Casa ubicata nel cuore della città , a pochi minuti a piedi dalla prima spiaggia libera e dal centro. Nei dintorni ristoranti, alimentari e bar, attività per la famiglia, vita notturna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e chi viaggia per lavoro.

L’appartamento si trova a pochi minuti dalla piazza di Sant’Oronzo (centro storico) Ristrutturato nel 2020, l’appartamento è composto su tre piani : Primo piano con cucina ,salotto, bagno (e balcone). secondo piano composto da camera da letto e bagno e Terrazza panoramica. Ci sono delle scale alte da fare! La prima zona balneare di Ostuni si trova a 6 km. Parcheggio gratuito convento sacro cuore frati minori. A parte bisogna pagare la tassa di soggiorno. (2€ a persona per massimo 5 notti)
