Moongate Cottage - Renovated 18th century cottage

Lovely old small stone cottage recently renovated to a high standard, located in a quiet hamlet within easy reach of the Wye Valley, Hereford and the Marches, Black Mountains and the Forest of Dean. The cottage is surrounded by woodland and nature with walks in every direction from your doorway. The village is accessed from a single track lane and is very rural and peaceful, yet only 4 miles from Monmouth. There are two working farms in the village and farm traffic can just occasionally be busy.

Fishers’ Retreat - romantic, secluded, magical

Fishers’ Retreat is a medieval barn set in the secluded and magical rural setting of the Olchon Valley, it enjoys spectacular views of The Black Mountains and is a great base for hill walking. Very off-the-beaten-track. We are in the Brecon Beacons Dark Skies National Park. The pretty towns of Hay-on-Wye and Abergavenny are a short drive away. The enchanting Olchon Brook runs through the grounds of sloping fields and lake. These waters attract some rare wildlife including swallows and otters.

PearTree Cottage @ Glanbaiden. 4 Bed with Hottub

The former Servants Qtrs & Dairy for Glanbaiden House, Pear Tree underwent a major renovation in 2021 to offer 3 large double rooms, one ensuite & single with two single beds (one is a cabin type bed so only suitable for a child) so plenty of space & zero sofa beds. Fibre broadband & Sky for those lazy days also included. Seconds off the a465 it’s 2 mins from Abergavenny & 10 mins from Crickhowell. Enjoying the views over the sugarloaf or spend the day wandering the canals and local footpaths.

Dogs are allowed on request (an extra £25.00)prior to arrival. Large open plan vaulted living area with wood burner and oak floor. Galleried sleeping area with DOUBLE bed ( narrow entrance on either side of the bed.) Wet room (shower no bath) Fully equipped kitchen washing machine and dishwasher. Private outside patio area with large gas barbecue. Very spacious downstairs could sleep a family of 6 or even 8 on put-up beds!!! Please note we do live next door but are not worried by noise!!

This little piece of heaven sits in the centre of the village of Raglan, within the grounds of Willsbrook House, just moments from its castle & within walking distance of a pub, restaurant, village Supermarket (Tesco 7am-11pm) & award winning butcher. Ideally located for exploring Tintern Abbey, floral Usk, Abergavenny and Monmouth (all under 10 miles) visitors can also enjoy golf courses abound and the Breacon Beacons, Offa's Dyke, Wye and Usk Valleys which all provide good walking.

Just off the Award Winning Independent high street, with shops, pubs and restaurants, pet friendly and ideal for walkers & cyclists. Public parking is at the rear of the property, with a private access gate from the back garden.

Sugarloaf cottage is located under the Blorange Mountain on the outskirts of the lovely market town of Abergavenny. It has been tastefully furnished to a high standard with a Hot tub and private patio area with a BBQ. The cottage has everything you need to ensure you have a perfect stay. We have direct access onto the Monmouthshire/Brecon canal and the cycle path which is ideal if your bringing a furry friend with you as we are super dog friendly

A magnificent farmhouse-near Hereford (sleeps 25)

The farmhouse, has been beautifully restored offering the comfort of modern conveniences whilst maintaining the character of the original property for large groups of friends or families. Inside the farmhouse there is a large kitchen with seating for up to 25 guests, large sitting room and 6 bedrooms over 3 floors with a combination of single and 2 double beds. We also have a Shepherds hut which sleeps 2 further guests in a double bed.

Our home is a small holding set in 15 acres The cabin is situated next door to our house with its own outside space and decking giving peace quiet and privacy . Parking is directly outside cabin for guests There is a shared driveway behind the cabin leading to main house . Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the foothills of twmbarlm mountain , with extensive views over the Bristol Channel.
