Nestled in the historic district of Navesink Village, this tranquil renovated historic farmhouse built in the 1840’s, rests on over an acre of lush land with mature hardwood trees. Envision yourself experiencing the sounds and sights of nature, the nearby ocean surf, cultural aspects of the area: music, plays, theater, art, vast variety of cuisines, walks, a day at the beach, fishing, crabbing, and biking.

Beautifully renovated house - 1 block to beach or river with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 front decks with great views, a large rear deck with bbq & seating, driveway for 2 cars, & all the amenities of home. **please note that the bunk room is accessed from the 2nd bedroom, only. Great layout for families! The space is ideal for up to two couples and two children. ***Town rules restrict rentals to a min of 7 days. Ask if you need a shorter term. ***

House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 14 guests. For additional guests, foldable floor mattress and futon provided.

Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

This 1BR beach house, the downstairs unit in a duplex, is sleeps up to 4 and is perfect for couples, friends, and families.
