Dieses alte Steinhaus am Wasser wurde ursprünglich im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und 2018 komplett renoviert. Das Interieur stellt eine Mischung aus traditionellem mediterranem Stil in Kombination mit modernem Design dar. Unser Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen alten Fischerdorf namens Muo und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Bucht zu erkunden. Die Altstadt von Kotor ist weniger als 10 Fahrminuten entfernt, während der Flughafen Tivat weniger als 20 Minuten entfernt ist. Das Haus hat drei Ebenen und jede Ebene hat einen ungestörten Meerblick.

Unser Garten und unsere Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt werden dich sprachlos machen! Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor.
