Enjoy amazing lake views in this two-story condo with access to the shores and islands of Lake Erie. Sunrise and sunset views. The condo has two areas for working remotely. We also offer a highchair, travel crib and two Roku TV’s. New furnace and A/C. New trundle bed upstairs. Green space includes Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows on the shore. Welcome to our BoHo Studio! One block from Sandusky Bay waterfront, The Montgomery, built in the late 1800's, is located in heart of Sandusky's downtown historic district. The Boho Studio @ The Montgomery is cozy space with an eclectic artsy vibe. This space is outfitted with meditation pillows, games, vinyl record player. The Montgomery has an outdoor community courtyard and literally steps away from a variety of restaurants, shopping, activities, and culture.
