Superb attention to detail insures our guests’ every need is met. The home is fully furnished and decorated featuring the work of local Montana artists and craftspersons. Outside, you will find a large, perfectly landscaped yard with tons of off street parking. The house has central heat and air conditioning.

Our cozy little house is brand new and easy to relax in. Granite countertop and a full kitchen! Located in the middle of Missoula, we are close to downtown, both hospitals and all of the towns recreation! Sleeps 4 with a new KING bed and sofa sleeper. We upgraded the mattress and upgraded a foam topper, it still might suite kids or 1 adult better regarding. Enjoy coffee while you cozy up next to the fire and watch Netflix on the 55” flat screen! Lying at the border of a wild corridor, yet only 15 minutes from Missoula or the airport our cabin was skillfully crafted from giant hand-hued logs to create a sweet, delightful space. You'll find it clean and cozy, with excellent wifi, bright and airy. A lovely place for romantic escapes, sweet reunions with old friends and family and to work remotely.

Enter & park in the alley, between 5th & 6th, with shared carport alongside cottage. The small cottage was originally a carriage house; mixed neighborhood, queen bed 2015 new mattress. Full bathroom & kitchenette. Vaulted ceiling, & lots of natural light. 2014 remodel: 2nd bed is couch that is fold out futon sleeps 2 more, new floor coverings, black out shades. Tile hearth & small gas fireplace. Bathroom access is through the bedroom. There is NO yard with Airbnb rental.

University Guest House

We are serious about providing the cleanest, most comfortable and convenient lodging possible! We don’t expect you to do chores, that’s what the cleaning fee covers!
