Restaurants, bars, and a small grocery store, and the beach are all within a 10-minute walk from Casa Spondylus. Recreational facilities such as a regulation size FIFA soccer field and track, swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground are all 5 minutes from the house.

The house is 5 meters away from the beach. Wake up with the sea at your fingertips, enjoy the calm and privacy of this unique beach home surrounded by an exquisite patio, a sculpture garden and beautiful landscaping. This house also counts with a large balcony with a dining table.
