Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

This is a 1 bedroom, one bath duplex in a great neighborhood. Although its a 1 bed unit we do have a set of bunk beds in the bedroom and a pack-n-play crib for a infant. Its great for a couple or a family of 4 who would rather have access whole house rather than squeezing into a hotel room.

This place is great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and small families, too. You may hear the pitter patter of children upstairs from time to time, but never at night.
