Old Hardy Place home is situated on a pecan tree lined dirt road only 10 minutes from Statesboro and Georgia Southern University campus. 1 hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta master’s. Also known as Oma’s, this house can comfortably sleep 5 people (additional charge for over 4 people) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. On 2/28/23, the renovations on the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage were completed. All rooms have been updated to add style and comfort. The home has refinished original hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and family room. The bathroom, hallway, kitchen and dining room has newly installed LVP flooring. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker.
