( 15 miles from Edinburgh / -10 miles from Peebles) The property which is an Annex within our grounds with only the driveway being shared access. will comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children. There’s a beautiful secluded garden area with access to your private hot tub. Perfect if you want to just have a relaxing break in the country. This is also an ideal base for anyone wishing to explore the Scottish Borders.
