It comes every 7min and can take you to City Centre, to Leith area and to the Airport. The room has king size bed and is ideal for couples and professionals. The house can offer breakfast, coffee and tea. Free parking on street. No pets please. No smoking in house.

The Mill, formerly the sawmill for Borthwick Hall, is a charming property built in the 1800s. The conversion of the building was completed in 2003 and is now a wonderful family home. My husband, Steve, and I moved up to Scotland from London in December 2017 and absolutely love it up here. With lovely people and beautiful open spaces, it’s the perfect place for us to relax and raise our kids. We love having friends and family visit and look forward to offering our space to guests as well.

Room has sloping ceilings so maybe a problem for tall guests. Room is upstairs so not suitable for young children or disabled
