Cocoya ist eine bewirtschaftete Kokos- und Zimtplantage. Unser Haus Sama bedeutet „Frieden“ auf Singhalesisch. Es ist als einfaches, offenes und geräumiges Plantagenhaus konzipiert, das sich mit der Natur verbindet. Es verfügt über einen offenen Wohnraum, eine Küche und direkten Zugang zu einem 17 m langen Pool. Im Obergeschoss haben wir eine Master-Suite und ein Junior-Schlafzimmer, die sich einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Plantage teilen. Beide haben ein eigenes Bad im Freien. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.
