We are a short drive from Downtown Benicia, where you can enjoy the historic Main Street shops, restaurants, and bars. Or, depending on traffic , a 30-minute drive to Napa Valley, a 45-minute drive to San Francisco, or a 10 minute drive to the Vallejo/SF ferry.

Vineyard Villa Cottage

Vineyard Villa is a 2-bedroom, 1- bathroom cottage built in 1910. It is situated on a 2-acre property, and is separated from the main farmhouse by rows of grapevines. The cottage has recently undergone a complete renovation (including the addition of air conditioning) with attention paid to retaining some of the original charming features of the home. The backyard offers a patio with a propane barbeque, fire pit and seating. Our cottage is in close proximity to the many activities in Sonoma.

Modern Family Farm

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

The Valley Cottage Inn is nestled in the Vineyards of Suisun Valley, which is just 20 minutes from the World renowned Napa Valley. Several wineries with tasting rooms are nearby. Hiking and mountain biking at Rockville Park and road cycling the country roads are popular outdoor activities. Jelly Belly Factory, golf and Six Flags Amusement park are all within a 15 minute drive. We are 45 miles from San Francisco in one direction and 45 miles from Sacramento in the other direction.

This is a tranquil retreat in a magnificent setting, surrounded by a creek, and by meadows and woodlands. You will love the way natural light floods the house, and the feeling of being out in nature even when you are inside. The house is open and spacious with outside decks for entertaining, and for enjoying the fresh air and the peaceful quiet. Set for 4 guests but can easily accommodate 6-8. Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
