Our cottage is located on 40 riverside acres where we farm cattle within the quaint Nabiac village. Newly completed, this modern and stylish cottage boasts expansive views over paddocks and the river. Guests may decide to stay and enjoy the quiet farm life or use it as a basecamp to explore the local area. In a short drive, guests can explore pristine beaches and country markets. Or stay in Nabiac and enjoy great cafes and local shops. Your stay includes afternoon tea and a breakfast basket.

We are a bed and breakfast only accommodation and not a home to rent.This free standing villa type accommodation is less than 3 hrs drive from Sydney. This paradise is the first of the white sands and palm trees heading north. A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
