Reconnect with nature at this beautiful farm property. Peaceful quiet location on a country road but not far from a local coffee shop and restaurants. Very comfortable space with 2 queen beds in a large upstairs separated by a room divider. Upstairs also has an outside deck. Downstairs has two couches in the living room area and a lounger/rocker chair. Kitchen includes all necessities to cook. Large bathroom includes a very nice shower and also a washer and dryer.

Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.

Spend your nights at our backyard fire pit or sit on our front porch and watch the world go by.

Our home is nestled close to the train tracks in Troy, though it is very faint when inside the home, we have provided noise machines for light sleepers.
