Willkommen in unserem netzunabhängigen „Glamp Camp“ auf der Sweetwater Farm! Versteckt auf der Rückseite unserer 40 Acre großen Farm, bietet diese Ein-Zimmer-Hütte bequem Platz für 2 Personen. Draußen findest du eine private Feuerstelle und einen Holzkohlegrill, einen gemeinsamen Außenküchenpavillon mit Gasgrill (mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet) und ein Außenbadezimmer mit einer echten Spültoilette, Waschbecken und Außendusche. Zugang zum Tooky River (ideal zum Schwimmen, Kajakfahren und Angeln) nur wenige Schritte entfernt & genieße viel Platz, Privatsphäre & schöne Landschaft!

Schönes ruhiges See-/Skihaus mit zentraler Klimaanlage

Genieße den Sommer in unserem schönen abgelegenen Seehaus in New Hampshire! Schwimmen, Angeln, Kajakfahren direkt in unserem Garten! Genieße eine gute Nacht mit Freunden und Familie am Feuer, röste Marshmallows und beobachte die schönen Sterne oder spiele einige Spiele in unserem rustikalen Ferienhaus. Zu den Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gehören der Newfound Lake, Wandern, Golf, Weingut, NH Rail Trail und ein Unterhaltungskomplex. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und andere Notwendigkeiten werden bereitgestellt.

Hill Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former Architect’s studio has been set up as a one bedroom guest house. It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

The SugarShack at Sweetwater

Welcome to our off-the-grid cabin, sleeping 2-4 people with an upstairs loft & downstairs custom Murphy bed. It's equipped with lights, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speakers & an indoor/outdoor bar. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Rustic cabin in the heart of the Lakes Region, New Hampshire’s four season playground. Short walk to the beach or take our canoe and kayaks to explore Hermit Lake or go fishing. This camp is centrally located and easy to get to. 20 minutes to Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, and Newfound Lake. Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. G-Frame Off-Grid Cabin Retreat + Sauna

Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.
