Excellent boating and fishing location on middle lake of Hamilton Chain of Lakes with access to 1st and 3rd lake. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets while watching loons, herons, eagles and ducks. Rent a pontoon from a dealer or bring your own boat/jet ski, use the public launch and park at your private dock (dock available mid-May until mid-September). 2 bedroom (master has queen/full in lower), 2 bath (with shower in each), 2 living areas, 2 decks (one off of master bedroom), private dock & beach access.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on Hamilton Lakes. Located about 10 miles from Iron Mountain. House has a wrap around deck, and a walkout basement to the lake. Included are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to use at your leisure. Boat ramp nearby. Please note the cottage sits on a well, so the water has an off smell so shouldn’t be used to drink! For our summer guests, also keep in mind there is no A/C. Please don’t hesitate to message with any additional questions/requests!
