Located at the north end of Point Arena, it is an easy walk/bike to town (half mile) and only two doors from the Stornetta Lands southern trailhead and the start of eight miles of ocean front hiking. Tranquil and quiet with level-in access and a kid-friendly living room with 58 inch internet tv, the stand alone cottage is part of a small, multi-building compound on two level acres.

Country main house set in the middle of vineyards. Our property is on seven acres, you’re surrounded by vineyard, olive and Walnut trees. Excellent getaway from the city with friends. The star gazing is amazing. We come up regularly between renters and are completely involved with the upkeep of the house and grounds. The house is just a short drive from Kelseyville and the town of Lakeport. Just minutes from the lake and area wineries. Walking distance to The Mercantile tasting room!
