This is a quirky old house without a single straight door, wall or window but its light, bright and comfortable with a great view of Crystal Lake in an area becoming celebrated for artisan produced foods, craft breweries and a "back to nature" approach to life. Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Clean, sandy-bottomed lake is great for kids and shallow many feet from shore. Nature walks out front door, plus access to bicycle and mountain bike trails. Great fishing with easy motor boat input nearby. Half hour from Jay Peak's summer activities. Reliable WiFi. Cottage has loft with king bed. Living area has futon which converts to double bed.

In the winter you can skate on the lake, snow shoe and ski on local cross country tracks, as well as enjoy four ski resorts with scenic downhill runs all within 30 minutes drive!

This newly built house is located on our 90 acre property. It is surrounded by an orchard, a vineyard and forest. The quaint and natural setting is perfect for couples, solo travellers or families. Cross country skiing, running and hiking can be practiced on the property. Bromont and Sutton downhill ski slopes are a 35 minutes drive away. Jay Peak, Vermont is 1h15 away by car. The surrounding country roads provide for wonderful bike rides.
