This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Unit comes equipped 2 electric burner stove top, pans, utensils, spices, refrigerator & laundry unit. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

This is one of few places in the Hill country and still be 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Its located on 43 acres, offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there will be a second gate, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek out back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and cream.

The Perfect Getaway: Fabulous riverfront location! Private apt that is a peaceful getaway on the Guadalupe River. Take the stairs to fish/launch your kayak. Grill in your private patio after a day of exploring the riverwalk, Kerrville Schreiner Park, breweries and wineries. The unit has a twin daybed with a trundle and a queen bed all in the same 10’ x 14’ room. 12 minutes from SeaWorld, and 12 minutes from Six Flags. Centrally located near a bustling shopping area with quick access to a variety of restaurants and parks. This is an attached, private apartment to my duplex style house. Check out time 11 am. Earliest check in time 3pm.
