Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

Burchs Carriage House

Private carriage house sitting adjacent to the most historic estate home in the lovely town of Society Hill. Separate entrance for guests which accommodates large horse trailers. Property caters to all animals! Kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven and hot plate), washer/dryer, Apple TV and wifi. Continental breakfast, wine/snacks provided. Our freshly renovated home sits in a family-oriented neighborhood only a mile from downtown Hartsville and Kalmia Gardens and includes access to Black Creek. This 600 sf home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, washer and dryer and an open living area. Digital antenna reception for smart-tv and high speed wi-fi internet. Small dogs will be considered for stays on a case-by-case basis. Pet stays require prior approval from the hosts and will involve additional fees.

The beds are comfortable, the couch is just waiting for you to settle in, and the kitchen was set up by two people who LOVE to cook. There's even an outdoor space to have a quick meal or enjoy the cool of the evening. This is my little dream cottage and I am so happy to be able to share it with you!
