Ideale Oase für diejenigen, die sich neben dem Meer in einer ruhigen Gegend befinden möchten. Es liegt eine 10-minütige Autofahrt von der geschäftigen Stadt Westport entfernt. Dieses Haus ist einzigartig und befindet sich an der Küste von Clew Bay in der Carrowholly Gegend. Ganz in der Nähe liegt der Rosmoney Pier, wo Abenteuerzentrum der Adventure Islands, Angeltouren und das Segelzentrum von Mayo aus verkehren. Westport Golf Club, Carrowholly Ställe und Trekking liegen ganz in der Nähe.

Versammelt euch an unserem großen Esstisch oder am gemütlichen Kamin, um wertvolle Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden zu verbringen und euch nach einem Tag zu entspannen, an dem ihr den Wild Atlantic Way erkundet, den Croagh Patrick bestiegen oder die vielen lokalen Strände in der Gegend genossen habt.

Joyce's Cottage

Joyce's Cottage, eines von zwei angrenzenden traditionellen Cottages (das andere ist Derrypark Cottage), liegt unterhalb der imposanten Partry Mountains am Ufer des Lough Mask. Das ist das Beste, was Connemara zu bieten hat. Einsamkeit, Ruhe und atemberaubende Landschaft. Besucher können von ihrem Privatstrand aus schwimmen, Rad fahren (Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung) oder einfach draußen sitzen und die spektakuläre Landschaft genießen. Eine kurze Fahrt (45 Minuten) über die Berge bringt dich zu zahlreichen abgelegenen Stränden am Wild Atlantic Way.

Gemütliches, komfortables Ferienhaus, ruhige Gegend am Meer,mit Blick auf Saula Peir. Atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Curran-Berge. Es gibt eine kleine Stadt namens Achill Sound ca. 4 km entfernt,wo es Geschäfte, Cafés, Supermärkte, 2 Pubs, 2 Hotels und Fahrradverleih gibt. Es gibt andere tolle Restaurants ca. 12-15 km entfernt. Unser Cottage ist in der Nähe des Greenway, wo du zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad gehen kannst. Es gibt einen fantastischen Blick entlang der Atlantikfahrt. Genug nach Dooega, wo du den Atlantik kilometerweit sehen kannst.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten, guten Restaurants und Nachtleben mit Live-Musik. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der Gemütlichkeit, der Lage und der Aussicht lieben, und alles, was Strandhill zu bieten hat, ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Familien mit Kindern und wir sind sehr tierfreundlich. Strandhill liegt zwischen dem Knocknarea-Berg und dem Atlantik, Teil des Wild Atlantic Way.

The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Surf school for all ages. Fabulous walks begin right at the door from easy to mountain hikes. Good for couples and families. Good WiFi. Wheelchair accessible.
