Walk through the gates steps on the left side of garage once up, cozy and private. queen bed, pull out sofa bed, workspace, kitchenette, bath is small(cute)pour a sweet tea/coffee Walk to everything, fab neighborhood bikes in garage, missing anything? Born and raised in the south we like spreading the love.

Comfy seating to enjoy the 65 inch TV with cable, Apple TV and high speed internet, the kitchen island or the Adirondack chairs on the new deck are the perfect spots to relax after enjoying all that Wilmington has to offer.

Welcome to The Loft! This is the perfect spot for a couples getaway or work away space as it includes an office with two person desk.
