With RVs on the front of the property and the occasional tent camper dispersed through out the acreage, you’ll enjoy time away from the crowds walking the mulched trail to the water or using the two kayaks provided for guest use. Cozy waterfront two-bedroom apartment! Only two minutes away from the ocean! Accommodates up to 6 people - 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and sofabed. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit. For your convenience, there is one parking spot available in the building parking lot, any additional parking is by the building. There are inside and outside swimming pools (one is heated), gym and several barbeque stations. Located in the family friendly community, quite time is from 10 pm to 8 am.

Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.
