Located right in the middle of Boston (30 minutes north) and Cape Cod (30 minutes south) we are all about the outdoor entertaining here at the sunrise shack or our favorite take the party down to the beach! Lovely 5-bedroom single family home located across the (quiet) street from a resident-only long sandy beach in a kid’s friendly neighborhood. Ocean views from all the rooms with new furniture and comfortable mattresses across the house. Nice yard, outside table, barbeque and rocking chairs on a nice porch. Kitchen has brand new appliances. Large TV in the Living Room. Parking available for 2-3 cars. If you are looking for a house to party, this is not the right fit.

This home was built in 1800. It is right on rte. 3A, close to the center of town and just 7 minutes to the highway and just under 4 miles to Rexhame beach.
