Welcome to our home in Culver Indiana. Our home is brand new construction with all new furnishings. This home is very close to lake Max located downtown Culver and very close to Culver Academies and near all of the downtown restaurants. We have a child that attends the Academy and purchased this home because it was so hard to find a place to stay in Culver. We wanted a beautiful place to stay and decided we would rent it out to others so they would be able to find a wonderful place to stay.

Due to the centralized location of the carriage house, guests can easily access Nappanee (7 miles from Amish Acres), Plymouth, South Bend (21 miles from Notre Dame), Mishawaka and other local towns. 2100 sq ft 5 bedroom/2 bathroom penthouse apartment located steps from Lake Max and walking distance to Culver Academies. We completely remodeled the 3rd floor of this building in 2016 for use as our family gathering place. The dining table seats 10 with 4 additional spaces at the bar. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bedrooms that have 2 single beds. However, the 2 singles can be made into a king in room 5 if requested at time of booking.
