A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

It has been completely renovated and now features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, living room and laundry room. There is free street parking. Due to the centralized location of the carriage house, guests can easily access Nappanee (7 miles from Amish Acres), Plymouth, South Bend (21 miles from Notre Dame), Mishawaka and other local towns.
