It offers all the comforts one would expect, a prefect get away for families, just a short walk to the lake and minutes from downtown restaurants and shopping. Our retreat includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room with 75" HD TV, an electric fireplace, and an inviting front porch w/"Full-Size Swing". The rear patio awaits you with a Gas Grill, Fire Pit, a table with seating for 6 and string lights to add to your experience!

Just 1 1/2 miles to the boat launch and store at Waterfront. Places close by-Goosepond, Cathedral Caverns, Cavern Cove shooting range, G'ville St. Park, zip-lines. 8x40 covered deck, patio w/firepit, gas & charcoal grills, corn hole, darts, two hot tubs, five kayaks, one canoe w/gear, and a trailer. Dogs welcome (but no fence). Relax & enjoy!

Spend your time in the cozy living room with the light of the electric fireplace or on the great covered porch. You can see the water from the porch and are only a minute's drive to put in your boat at Waterfront. The City Harbor and Cathedral Caverns are nearby and Parking is on site.

Rent kayaks to paddle around a peaceful cove or put your boat in the water at the public boat ramp both just a quarter mile down the road. Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.

This dog friendly space features 1.5 acres of fenced pasture for your pet as well as a beautiful view of the pond, located on the other 37 acres of the working farm. You can walk a short distance to feed the goats, sheep, ducks and pigs in residence on the property.
