A modern kitchen offers new appliances, the essentials for cooking, a charging station, and a coffee bar with snacks. Retreat to the spacious fenced in yard and lounge on the patio. History is important to us so we updated the space while staying true the original character & feel.

Steps away from the Cultural Trail in the Fountain/Fletcher District, you are a short walk away from coffee shops, locally owned restaurants, hip bars, award-winning breweries, and trendy boutiques. You’ll be able to conveniently explore everything downtown has to offer. The walkability of this location is excellent.

Wineries, breweries, coffee shops, antique dealers and entertainment venues are all minutes away. At night, you’ll enjoy the sparkling skyline view.

Welcome to paradise on the White River in Indianapolis! I personally designed, built, and lived in this house for six years - one of the best periods of my life. You will find a sense of peace and feel like you are in another world, all while being right in the middle of Indianapolis! Explore the river on the kayaks, bask in the sun, take in the wildlife. Just follow the Pensey Trail south a block to explore this exciting community. Or, take the trail for a light run or bike ride! Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.
