Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! Cozy Cottage in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. We just added the deck and hot tub, it is available year round. : ) Quiet and secluded, located in a rapidly transitioning neighborhood with rich history. Our Cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of highly acclaimed restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and distillery. Situated just two blocks from the Monon Trail offering walking and biking access to more restaurants and shopping on Indy's famous Mass Avenue!

Bates Hendricks Luxe with Roof Deck

I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!

Woodruff Place Carriage House

The Woodruff Place Carriage House is in a beautiful, historic (very family and walker-friendly) neighborhood just 1 mile east of downtown Indy. You will be in close distance to restaurants, bakeries, breweries, walking/biking trails and plenty of entertainment. The Carriage House is located above a 3-car, detached garage and is private, with the exception of the homeowners coming and going. You will access the garage via street parking and walking through the backyard.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a charming tiny house surrounded by trees and birdsong, you can unplug and relax without going too far off the beaten path. Only a 15 minute drive from downtown, we’re conveniently located between Fountain Square, Irvington, Beech Grove, and Wanamaker. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.
