Situé à moins de 10 mn en voiture du centre bourg de Montrichard où vous y trouverez tous les commerces essentiels ainsi que de bons restaurants. La résidence possède également un local à vélos.

This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it.
