Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.

Vier Terrassen erhellen das Haus, von denen eine einen Panoramablick auf das Meer, Korsika und den Sonnenuntergang bietet. Ein überdachter Parkplatz und ein Platz vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Wifi, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Waschturm sind vorhanden.

L'appartamento può ospitare 4 persone. E' composto da una sala con angolo cottura, dove si trova un divano letto matrimoniale dove possono dormire comodamente 2 persone, una camera da letto matrimoniale per altre due persone ed un bagno. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano ed ha una dimensione di circa 50 mq.

Nuovo trilocale vicino centro/mare

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo al centro del paese ed a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. È adatto a coppie (non ci sono letti a castello), a famiglie e a chi non desidera utilizzare l'auto. È climatizzato (caldo e freddo) e dotato di tutti i confort per una vacanza all'insegna della comodità.
