The sandstone rock beach is perfect for summer swimming or spring/fall storm watching. Daily sightings of seals, sea lions, eagles, all manner of birds and whales pass by this beach. The house looks over a sprawling lawn and over the water, with views of Vancouver. This newly-renovated one bedroom cottage has a queen bed and brand new bathroom.

Later you can relax in the hot tub , or send the kids down to play on the trampoline. All this 10 minutes from the shops and cafes of Nanaimo.

Double bed in bedroom and a pull out couch queen bed in LR. Secure door to shared laundry for long-term stays. Within 2 blocks: 2 grocery, bakeries, sushi, coffee, 1 liquor store, 1 bar & one of Vancouver’s best Italian restaurants. 40min to airport by transit or 20min by taxi. UBC is a 5min drive. 5min walk to the 4 and 84 bus stop.

Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

This unique old south facing waterfront multilevel house has the best view and the best waterfront access on the most prestigious street in Nanaimo. Lots of parking. The AirBnB space is available for 4 adults plus children. Everything you need including kayaks and bicycles! Sometimes you can get free boat rides with the owner.
