The Tangelo Tree is nestled below beautiful Mount Karioi, only 4kms from Raglan town. Just a 2 minute drive to Ngarunui Beach and a few minutes to Manu Bay, Raglan's world famous left hand break. The Tangelo Tree is surrounded by forest and during the day you can relax to the sound of the native bird call. If you’re lucky, you’ll likely spot a Tui hiding in one of the trees. Relax at a unique and tranquil getaway, cosy, romantic and immersed in nature. An open plan studio nestled next to a gentle stream on the native forested foothills of Whale bay, Raglan. An easy 6 min walk to the surf at Whale bay, Indicators or Outside Indicators a few mins drive to Manu bay or Ngarunui beach. Warm and cosy with a beautiful open fire, modern insulation & large double glazed sliding doors. The heat pump heats the studio within 15mins.

Whale Bay Escape

Fresh, clean, self contained studio apartment suitable for a couple, or a single person. It has it's own deck, and offers ocean and bush views, with a short walk to the foreshore, to Whale Bay, and Indicators surf breaks. Kitchenette, en suite, and outside barbecue set on the ground floor of a two story dwelling. The Apartment has a high stud and retains a natural separation from the main dwelling. Private 2 Bedroom Unit - Close to Beach and Bush

Relax in my private 2 bedroom spacious unit with sunny decks and bush outlook. You have a completely separate entrance. You can go for a walk to the beach and there is a lovely bush track walk is just up the road. Safety in the time of Covid 19 is key. The day before and after your stay is blocked out so we can clean and sanitize every surface twice before new guests come.
