Η μονοκατοικία βρίσκεται σε μια ήρεμη περιοχή του χωριού χωρίς θόρυβο όπου είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη και αρκετά κοντά στον περιφερειακό δρόμο. Το χωρίο Παναγιούδα έχει ότι χρειάζεται κανείς. Βενζινάδικα, μίνι μάρκετ, κρεοπωλείο, φούρνοι, ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, πιτσαρία, σουβλατζίδικο το καθιστούν ένα μοναδικό χωριό που δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα. Η πόλη της Μυτιλήνης είναι μόλις 6 χιλίομετρα μακριά.

A 200 years old, two floor house. There is a stone wall living room downstairs. 2 double bedroom and one single bedroom is situated on the second floor along with bathroom and a hall way. The house is looking to the famous Şirince village from like a tophill and yet all the amenities of the village is in short walk distance. U r entering the house through a garden. U can as well enjoy the serenity of our garden and benefit our mostly home made beverages that we serve at our cafe

Ο χώρος είναι το ισόγειο διαμέρισμα σε ένα παλιό αρχοντικό στο κέντρο της πόλης της Μυτιλήνης. Το αρχοντικό είναι χτισμένο στις αρχές του περασμένου αιώνα από πλούσιους εμπόρους με καταγωγή από την Ιταλία. Περιβάλλεται από έναν κήπο ενός στρέμματος περίπου. Είναι ήσυχο και τα υπνοδωμάτια πολύ φωτεινά. Είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και διακοσμημένο από επαγγελματία διακοσμητή. Είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή παρέες που θέλουν να περάσουν μαζί τις διακοπές τους.
