Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

Guests have direct access to the house’s spacious olive garden💐 and beautifully located swimming pool🏊‍♀️ through the apartment's private veranda: the latter offers an amazing view of the lake, can be used as a second living room, and has its own barbeque. Refurbished in 2020, it has a fresh, relaxing feel,and is fully equipped.

Geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und maximal 2 Kindern oder Paaren. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert, sie ist brandneu mit einem modernen und natürlichen Stil. Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen Residenz mit Blick auf den See, dies bedeutet absolut ruhig und entspannend für Ihren Urlaub.
